Sarah is Welsh and became a follower of Jesus at 13. She has previously been an itinerant evangelist, youth worker and pastored on the team at Gloucester Elim. Sarah completed training with Elim in 2005, being ordained in 2009. She has been one of the Pastors at Elim Life Church since 2010. Sarah is committed to seeing people released into all God has for them. She believes that anything is possible when we hear the voice of God and say yes! Sarah is also the Leader of Elim Prayer, championing life transforming prayer across the Movement.

Rianne joined the team in 2019 and has been at Elim Life Church since a child. After completing her Theology and Youth Work Degree at Regents she felt the call to continue to work with youth and young adults.

Rianne grew up at Elim Life Church and has a passion to see God move in the life of young people and young adults. 

She is a big fan of food, especially desserts! Her favourite being banana cake, chocolate and anything banoffee! 

Sarah is training to be an Elim Pastor through Elim's MIT programme. (Minister In Training). She was previously a Geography Teacher for 8 years and then felt called by God to be a Pastor.  

She has been at Elim Life Church for over 10 years and has undertaken many roles during this time including that of Youth Leader. In her spare time Sarah loves to travel and explore the great outdoors.
