What is a Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Group?

 

A Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Group is a safe and supportive space:

  • for people who feel or have felt overwhelmed.

  • providing tools for self-management.

  • in a facilitated peer mentoring style setting.

Issues covered include; disappointment, loss, anxiety, anger perfectionism, shame and resilience. Feedback so far has been amazing.

As we have navigated the impact of several lockdowns, and periods of being separated from family, friends and loved ones, Kintsugi Hope's message has been: Social isolation does NOT mean social disconnection.

As we now transition into another new season, we continue to encourage you to find ways to reconnect, discover how to manage the vast array of emotions we have experienced and care for our emotional and mental wellbeing.
